CPAC DIFFERENTIATORS : |
 |
 |
CPAC uses an integrated model of the modified INHOUSE technique and Balanced Scorecard approach. In-depth interviews, which are open ended, and probing in nature, are conducted with opinion leaders. Items are dealt with sequentially from less critical to more critical. Results of interviews are analyzed and compared. When the information obtained from different respondents raises conflicting issues, the people interviewed are re-contacted to understand any substantive differences. This approach places large demands on CPAC professional staff, who have the business and industry experience to intelligently converse with the respondents and also to recognize important facts and their meanings.
Internal Assessment: This phase involves review of all critical in-house data provided by the client, to develop an understanding of the client organization and specific issues that need to be addressed.
External Assessment: CPAC conducts external assessment to develop an overall understanding of the external environment. The objective is to test and validate some of the issues identified during the internal assessment. In this phase, CPAC concentrates on analyzing and reviewing published data, and interview key members of the external environment including Competitors, Channel members, End-Users, etc.
Executive Interviews: This phase involves interviews with key people within the organization to understand their views on various issues. The focus is to validate and analyze as many issues identified as possible. The one-on-one nature of these interviews allows the participants to express their views in an unbiased way to arrive at the true picture of the scenario.
Analysis and Strategy Development:
In this phase, CPAC evaluates the issues to develop the overall Corporate/Divisional Strategy. Issues raised during the Internal Assessment are analyzed in detail keeping in mind the impact of External environment. The strategy is then formulated under the perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard framework.
